Well, I’m finally here, blogging the first of three recent weddings.
Alana and Adrian’s wedding was held on one of those really hot Saturdays we had recently – 40C, or something like that! Fortunately, there was a bit of a breeze down at the Glenelg Foreshore, which was where the ceremony was held.
It was quite exciting for me, as it was the first beach wedding I photographed since March last year. That is, March 2008. Can you believe it? I was pretty thrilled, and we found a spectacular slice of the beach and some gorgeous magical light to work with.
The bridal party were so much fun and really made my job easy with their friendliness, natural laughter and little bit of silliness! Alana looked sensational and Adrian wasn’t too bad himself! The reception was held at The Beach House in Glenelg – something new for me. The last time I knew of that place was when it was still Magic Mountain!
The day was fantastic and had such a warm, happy, special atmosphere. Thanks Alana and Adrian for having me there!
